Cloud ITS (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website and when you contact us, why we collect it, and your rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

Who we are

Cloud ITS is a managed IT and AI automation provider based at 531 Dipka Street, Erasmuskloof, Pretoria, South Africa. For privacy matters, contact our Information Officer at info@cloudits.co.za or on +27 12 035 1945.

What we collect

• Details you give us when you complete a form, email or phone us: your name, company, work email, phone number, team size and what you’d like help with.
• Technical information our web server records automatically, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use this to keep the site secure and working.

Analytics cookies, only with your consent. If you choose Accept analytics in the cookie bar, this website loads Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it, for example which pages are read and how many enquiries are sent. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes data such as an approximate location, device type and pages visited on Google’s servers, which may be outside South Africa. If you choose No thanks, or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. We don’t use it for advertising, and we never send it your name, email or form contents. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange the Automation & Risk Check or a conversation you asked for.
• To provide services to you if you become a client, under our agreement with you.
• To protect this website and our systems from abuse.

We only use your information for these purposes, or for another purpose compatible with them. We don’t sell it.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our business, such as email and hosting providers, under agreements that require them to protect it. Some of these providers may store information outside South Africa. Where that happens, we take steps to make sure the information is protected to a standard comparable with POPIA.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and for any period the law requires. After that we delete them or make them anonymous.

How we protect it

We apply the same security safeguards we use for our clients: encrypted connections, access control with multi-factor authentication, monitoring and backups.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask us to:

• confirm whether we hold personal information about you, and give you a copy;
• correct or delete information that is inaccurate, out of date or no longer needed;
• stop processing your information for direct marketing at any time.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
