Eleven yearsin the making.
Founded in Pretoria
Cloud ITS started out providing general IT services to local businesses.
Rebranded and refocused
We aligned to international ICT best practice and rebuilt the business around a 24/7 managed-service retainer for SMEs that need specialist IT without a full-time in-house team.
AI automation on a managed-IT foundation
We put AI to work in our own helpdesk first. Now we build automations and assistants for clients, on the same secure, documented IT we've always run, alongside our sister company Tailored Intelligence.
